I read a great article from the DEPT agency that mentioned there are over 200 million people who call themselves creators. Thus, it has never been more crucial for a creator to stand out, do something different, push creativity, and explore the possibilities of each platform.

My role as a producer is to continually find new ways of approaching ideas, seek new collaborators, and discover techniques that offer alternatives to traditional methods. The three creators mentioned below truly stand out to me. They all produce exceptional content, and I'm confident they would succeed by merely focusing on their craft. However, by exploring different content creation methods, showing others that it's possible to innovate, and inspiring fellow creators to push their boundaries, they initiate real change. This is when content ideas begin to permeate the mainstream.

One commonality among these creators is their experimentation with Generative AI. Yet, each has approached it uniquely. To me, that's the thrilling part: observing how they challenge themselves, produce content that not only captivates but also builds anticipation for their next move."

Karl

Karls content is so good, I mean really good. As you can see on his Instagram channel, he is an accomplished photographer, creator and storyteller. But that’s not why he is on this list. This post is all about creators who are not afraid to try something new, push the boundaries and share the knowledge with his audience.

He has such a wide scope of work, from his tips and tricks, concepts that turn into reality, experiments. I got very lost into his channels and spent far too much time scrolling, looking at all the different types of content 1 person can make.

Below i have put some of my favourite posts from his channels, 100% advise to find a spare 20 min and start to really explore his content. You're going to leave with some new ideas and approaches, or just some cool things you want to try out.

His Tik Tok is where he shows his more experimental side. He plays with loads of different techniques and as you will find with all the creators in this post, happy to share his approach.

Malick

I am a big fan of Malick, his content is all about experimenting and showing his approach on hyperlapses, Generative AI, photographer and camera trickery. One other big takeaway is that he is also an accomplished editor, posting his timings and showing the community how he approaches his craft.

I’m always looking for creators who push creativity in platforms and genres, and move towards non-traditional approaches, embrace new techniques and technology. It's the content that creators like Malick make and post that have influence across social platforms and into advertising.

One of my favourite new trends is the posting of timelines. It shows how skilled and complex the work creators put into their content. Just because it's being posted on social media does not make it any less complex, in many cases it takes as much planning as the work we do in advertising.

I would 100% check his channels out, you will see what I mean.

Desia

So Desia runs a production company based out in Atlanta. Some of the first videos I saw using Gen AI (well the ones that were any good) were from Desia’s Tik Tok channel, and since then I have become a fan of his work. His Instagram shows a lot of product work, but where it becomes interesting is his Tik Tok channel.

With the new age of content being more than focused on insights and information based, all the content across Desia’s channels does 100% that. People want to watch content that is interesting, insights into different niches, BTS of how things were made.

For a production company it should be an endless amount of content, you show your approach, how you make all your jobs, use formats people like across each channel and boom, you have an audience!! and I would assume a new business avenue (hell i am here telling people to do look at his content)

One thing I believe is that the production companies who are going to thrive are the ones who embrace the new technology. They will be able to lower costs, become more flexible and offer new ways of working that will put them above the rest.

If you're in the Atlanta area and your looking for a new production partner then you probably can't go much wrong here.
